Jakku : First Wave is an exceptional little gem deserving of your attention. Director and writer Benjamin Eck has created an emotionally charged portrayal of three Stormtroopers readying themselves for war. Despite being just 3 minutes long, the film successfully absorbs you into the moment and compels you to root for these heroic troopers.

The set and costumes (borrowed from 501st legion) look great! The only thing lacking is the rather amateur visual effects, but all in all this is one of the best fan films out there! It just goes to show, never sacrifice story for action!

Big shout out to the Stormtroopers....
